Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you withdraw the course 14 days or 2 weeks prior to the start of the class, a cancellation fee of Php 2,500 will be charged for NCLEX , UK-CBT, HAAD/DHA and Prometric Courses and Php 500 for IELTS.

If for any reason, you withdraw from the course on the first day of the course, no refund will be made. However, the registrant may still attend the next review.

Please contact your Student Adviser immediately if you would like to attend the next schedule instead.

Rachell Allen reserves the right to make reasonable changes on the details of the venue and the schedule. Registered students will be notified immediately if this should occur.

In case the Live Comprehensive Review Course is moved to a later date due to low registration, the student have the option to refund in full or attend the next available schedule.
