Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If you withdraw the course 14 days or 2 weeks prior to the start of the class, a cancellation fee of Php 2,500 will be charged for NCLEX , UK-CBT, HAAD/DHA and Prometric Courses and Php 500 for IELTS.
    ​

  • If for any reason, you withdraw from the course on the first day of the course, no refund will be made. However, the registrant may still attend the next review.
     

  • For online payment, any refund process made will incur an additional service fee (on top of the cancellation fee) which will be deducted from your review fee.
     

  • Please contact your Student Adviser immediately if you would like to attend the next schedule instead.
     

  • Rachell Allen reserves the right to make reasonable changes on the details of the venue and the schedule. Registered students will be notified immediately if this should occur.
     

  • In case the Live Comprehensive Review Course is moved to a later date due to low registration, the student have the option to refund in full or attend the next available schedule.
     

  • Please bring printed copy of your receipt on the first day of the class.
