For NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once you register in any of our courses, we guarantee your seating and we may have to turn away  others.

 

  • If you withdraw from the course more than 30 days prior to the start of the class, a cancellation fee of Php 2,500 will be charged for NCLEX, UK-CBT, HAAD/DHA and Prometric Courses and Php 500 for IELTS.
     

  • NO REFUND shall be given if cancellation is made within 30 Days before the start of the course.
     

  • If for any reason you withdraw from class on the first day of the course, no refund will be made.

 

  • Transferring to another schedule is only allowed 15 days or more prior to the start of the course. Please contact your Student Adviser immediately if you would like to attend the next schedule instead.
     

  • Rachell Allen reserves the right to make reasonable changes on the details of the venue and the schedule. Registered students will be notified immediately if this should occur.
     

  • In case the Review Course is moved to a later date due to low registration or unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, the student has the option to refund in full or attend the next available schedule.
     

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
     

  • If you are attending in-person classes, please bring your receipt or proof of payment on the first day of the class.
