For collecting City/Country - We collect this information to determine the geographic distribution of our enrollees. This helps us in planning and decision-making, particularly in cases of schedule changes or cancellations.

For collecting Birthday, Emergency Contact, and Emergency Contact Number - providing this is required so that we may be able to assist you immediately in case of a medical emergency which requires urgent medical attention

Rachell Allen keeps records of the previous courses you attended to verify if you are eligible for any discounts and special promotions. Once you have requested to delete all your personal records and information from our database, you understand and accept that you are no longer eligible for any discounts and special promotions as there will be no way for us to verify your previous transactions with us. We will also be unable to process any requests such as but not limited to a certificate of attendance or class records.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
